Senior Project Manager Job Opportunity

This role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery. As a senior project manager, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for meeting or exceeding client expectations.

About This Role
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate will assess client requirements and develop strategies for implementing project designs that meet constructability, quality, cost, and time constraints.
  • They will formulate and implement procurement strategies that align with business needs, identifying opportunities to optimize time, quality, and cost.
  • You will collaborate with clients to develop an execution strategy and control plan, which includes but is not limited to procurement plans, contract management strategies, and staffing plans for the project team.
  • As part of this role, you will lead project design review meetings to ensure alignment with client objectives and overall business strategy.
  • Additionally, you will manage multiple stakeholder scenarios, including teams such as Client Teams, Design Teams, Quality Consultants, Audit Teams, CRM/Marketing Teams, and Facility Management Teams, among others.
  • You will handle escalations and solutions at the highest levels of multiple stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will review construction methods for feasibility, scope for improvement, alternate cost, and time-effective methods to achieve desired goals with optimal resources.
  • Ultimately, you will oversee the project's execution, monitoring, and controlling processes to ensure successful project closure.
About You
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of relevant experience and have completed at least one to two institutional/university/residential along with infra works projects end-to-end during their tenure.
  • Candidates working with project management consultancies are preferred.
  • They must possess technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills are essential, as well as outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are also required.
