Job Description:

Role Summary:

The HR Executive-Trainee will be responsible for providing strategic support to the Human Resources department, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Source potential candidates from various online channels, craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates, screen incoming resumes and application forms, and interview candidates.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Counsel employees as and when required, conduct exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation, and maintain and record employee attendance.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Execute the employee's annual review procedures, maintain a detailed record of the company's employees, and ensure all employees comply with HR policies.
  • Organizational Development and Change Management: Design and update job descriptions, oversee the employee's termination process, and organize events and conferences for employees.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
