About the Role:

  • Ensure operational monitoring, reporting, and functioning of wireless, routing, and switching infrastructure across offices and data centers.
  • Maintain enterprise network infrastructure and its operational performance through technical network troubleshooting as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors, TAC, and support teams to identify problems, scope responsibilities, RCA/resolution, and meet incident/problem management requirements.
  • Supervise network infrastructure changes, patch deployments, version upgrades, and fixes to meet vulnerability and change management requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in network infrastructure operations and management.
  • Strong knowledge of network routing, switching, wireless, and security concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless hardware platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
