The Cell R&D organization at our company is responsible for achieving our goal through NMC Cell design and development.
We are seeking a Production Control Manager to lead the design and development team for NMC technology in various formats of battery cells manufactured in our Gigafactory.
Responsibilities include inventory management, adherence to 5S principles, data interpretation in SAP WMS and MES, and reconciliation of raw materials, assembly materials, and finished goods.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent leadership qualities, and experience in managing production operations.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, meeting customer demands, and driving sustainable growth in our manufacturing operations.
- Reconciliation of raw materials, assembly materials, and finished goods right from materials receipt through production operations till dispatches to ensure zero discrepancy in stock and consumption posting occurred as per Bill Of Materials
- Cycle counting and adjusting stock through approved process
- Corrective Action for discrepancies
