Job Title:

Digital Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the lifecycle of virtualized environments using Citrix Virtual Desktop and Apps, XenServer/VMWare, PVS (Provisioning Services), StoreFront, NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of the digital infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Citrix-based services while minimizing service disruptions.
  • Administer and support MS Windows platforms across the organization.
  • Develop and execute strategies for patch management, including SQL server patching and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Citrix administration, with a minimum of 5-8 years in IT and 3-5 years working with Citrix Virtualization technologies.
  • Expertise in Citrix Virtual Desktop and Apps management using XenServer/VMWare.
  • Familiarity with Provisioning Services (PVS), StoreFront, NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud.
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, SCOM, PowerShell, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex problems within the virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
