Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Engineer with expertise in Networking and Specialist skills to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support for cloud-based infrastructure, monitoring services, and troubleshooting technical issues.

About the Role
  • Providing first-level support for cloud-based services, including Azure and AWS platforms.
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Monitoring and managing support tickets, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and track progress.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in cloud engineering, networking, and IT support.
  • Proficiency in Azure and AWS platforms, including administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Azure Fundamentals or equivalent certification.
  • Four-year degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
