Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our fan-facing experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.

The role involves leading the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms. You'll define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.

You'll design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces that balance beauty and usability. A strong understanding of typography, composition, and interaction design is essential.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals. You'll take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices within the company.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 4+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.

  • Mastery of Figma (plus relevant prototyping tools)
  • Strong skills in branding, creative storytelling, and gamification elements
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities

Bonus points if you have experience designing for sports, entertainment, or online communities.

Responsibilities include redesigning our personalized homefeed and article reading experience, launching community-first features like polls, reactions, loyalty rewards, and evolving and maintaining a lean design system that scales with our growth.
