Reliability Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled reliability engineer to fill this crucial role. This position involves ensuring the dependability and performance of our systems, collaborating with technical teams, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust systems architecture to support business growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications, guaranteeing seamless operation and minimal downtime
  • Analyze system performance and logs to identify potential issues and areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making
  • Create and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to ensure real-time visibility into system health, enabling proactive issue resolution
  • Conduct thorough root cause investigations and provide recommendations for incident response and mitigation strategies
  • Automate tasks and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce manual errors, and improve overall system reliability
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, including configuration management and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficiency in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability, with experience in monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki
  • Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols, with experience in designing and implementing network infrastructure
  • Strong incident response and troubleshooting techniques, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams, with experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
