About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Director to lead our design team and drive the development of innovative user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Create high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across products.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve design processes.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in Design or related field.
  • Professional experience of 5 years, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
