Job Title: Strategic Business Partner

Job Description:

This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team, and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders.

  • The position involves developing a strong understanding of business operations, revenue and cost drivers, and providing expert support to finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team, ensuring their development and performance, and providing exemplary support to stakeholders.

Expert knowledge of strategic planning, business partnering, financial planning and forecasting, financial modeling and analysis, reporting and communication, performance management and improvement, collaboration and stakeholder management, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis, internal finance controls and risk management is necessary for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Developing sound professional working relationships with finance teams, leading, line managing, and developing team members, and communicating effectively with all levels of management are essential skills for this role.

Effective communication involves writing and speaking fluently on all aspects of work, communicating effectively with all levels of management, proactive and regular communications with stakeholder groups, actively seeking feedback from colleagues and customers, and ensuring feedback to line manager outlining general activities of role.
