Job Opportunity: Windchill PLM Expert

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to administer and maintain our Windchill PLM system.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the Windchill PLM system to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed.
  • Configure and customize Windchill according to business requirements.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Windchill configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for data management and system security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Windchill System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Experience with Windchill configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL.
  • Familiarity with PLM best practices and data management principles.
  • Experience deploying or managing Windchill in AWS. Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
