We are seeking a seasoned Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable infrastructure solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platform services with application development and deployment processes. You will oversee the architecture and design of platform services to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

- Lead efforts to automate and improve deployment processes and infrastructure management.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and ensure best practices in software delivery.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing automation tools and processes to enhance operational efficiencies.

  • Driving technical innovations and best practices within the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of platform architecture and design principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Dynatrace).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
