Job Description

CrownGlobe seeks a skilled Financial Controller to drive financial excellence and innovation within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, as well as overseeing and managing MIS reporting to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to inform business strategy
  • Overseeing and managing MIS reporting to provide data-driven insights
  • Analyzing inventory, sales, and purchase modules for trends and discrepancies
  • Monitoring financial performance and recommending actionable improvements

Additionally, the Financial Controller will leverage AI-powered tools to enhance financial analysis and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Expertise in MIS reporting and Power BI experience
  • Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
