Financial Operations Manager

As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements and other accounting records in accordance with relevant accounting standards, rules, and regulations.
- Support in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks and report on these financial risks to senior colleagues.
- Develop and maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure there is no fraudulent misreporting, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory reports to authorities and provide support to other departments in their preparation and review of regulatory reports.
- Provide expert advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of complex issues.
- Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies and procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
- Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to work done.
- Collaborate with other areas to achieve objectives and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
