Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated project leader to manage IT and Managed Services projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strong fundamentals in project management, hands-on experience with Managed Services delivery, and proven expertise in Agile methodologies.

This role demands ownership, accountability, and the ability to balance structured execution with proactive risk management in a client-facing environment.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and Managed Services projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Drive service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement (CSI).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for critical issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain service availability plans to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of analysis documents, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
  • Effectively manage and refine the project backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work items aligned with business objectives.
  • Anticipate risks proactively, establish mitigation strategies, and address issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain a consistent reporting cadence (weekly, monthly dashboards, progress updates) to clients and internal leadership.
  • Document and track all activities with high attention to detail, including meeting minutes, decision logs, and follow-ups.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional communication at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead IT and Managed Services projects from start to finish, adhering to scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Service Delivery: Drive SLA-driven service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement.
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
  • Service Availability: Develop and maintain service availability plans to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Analysis: Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of analysis documents, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
