Business Intelligence Analyst

As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Job Summary:
  • Design and implement data solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data creation, update, and deletion processes.
  • Oversee user management and access controls.
  • Monitor data quality and collaborate with QA analysts when necessary.
  • Commission and decommission data sets.
  • Process confidential data according to guidelines.
  • Assist in report development and analysis.
  • Design and manage reporting environments.
  • Support data warehouse initiatives.
  • Contribute to data integrity and normalization efforts.
  • Evaluate and implement new software.
  • Generate reports from multiple systems.
  • Troubleshoot reporting database environments.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source systems.
  • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Provide technical expertise in data storage structures and data cleansing.
