As a Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Content Support: Collaborate with designers, influencers, and writers to create engaging campaign materials.
  • Budget Monitoring: Ensure that spending stays within allocated limits.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with product, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Updates & Reports: Provide regular updates and reports to managers and teams on campaign progress and results.
  • Ad Improvement: Analyze ads and suggest enhancements to improve performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on trends, competitors, and audience interests.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain a campaign calendar to track key dates and milestones.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact campaign success.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Feedback Use: Apply feedback to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
