Senior MEP Project Leader

This role entails leading and managing the MEP design aspects of projects across various sectors. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, guide teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality MEP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to MEP design teams throughout project phases.
  • Oversee the MEP design process, ensuring that projects meet scope, budget, schedule constraints, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, develop project scopes, and deliver innovative MEP solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of MEP engineers, designers, and technicians, fostering excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to review and validate MEP designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Masters degree in any related specialization is preferred; PhD will be an added advantage.
  • More than 20 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
