Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer

Experience:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) modules and Security Operations.

They should be proficient in configuring and customizing Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Change Control Management (CCM), and Security Operations modules, as well as developing IRM Workspaces, Portals, forms, dashboards, and reports.

The successful candidate will also possess advanced scripting skills, including JavaScript, Business Rules, and UI Policies. Additionally, they should have experience with API integrations using REST/SOAP, Policy & Compliance Management, Risk & Issue Management, Audit Engagements & Controls, Continuous Monitoring & Indicators, and Regulatory Compliance Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize GRC/IRM modules
  • Develop IRM Workspaces, Portals, forms, dashboards, and reports
  • Build client/server-side scripts
  • Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Perform system administration, upgrades, and user support
