Education: Mechanical Engineering Graduate
Experience: 6-7 years of mechanical experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently handle mechanical issues related to pumps and motors.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Implement and maintain quality management practices such as 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma, TQM.
• Participate in quality audits ensuring adherence to standards.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems especially pumps and motors.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with IMS documentation and record-keeping processes.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Ability to handle internal and external quality audits effectively.
