About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Fitness Professional to join our team as a Personal Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective training programs tailored to individual client needs, promoting optimal physical fitness and overall well-being.
  • Analyze and track client progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent results.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, empowering them to achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching and motivation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress, facilitating data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience in personal training or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Secondary school education or equivalent, with a focus on exercise science and nutrition.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
