We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Accounting Specialist to join our team at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. This role will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and finalization of financial statements, including balance sheet and income statement.
  • Providing detailed information and explanations during internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax audit, cost audit, and Sox regulations.
  • Leading month-end closings, including reviewing journal entries and coordinating with the GBS team.
  • Reviewing monthly reconciliations prepared by other associates.
  • Preparing reconciliation between US GAAP books and Indian GAAP books.
  • Participating in risk assessment and internal control matrix.
  • Coordinating with the GBS AP team and troubleshooting issues.
