Job Description

About the Role:

The Corporate Profiles Operations team builds and manages Corporate Firmographic information for Key Private and Public companies globally by doing secondary research from key filings like 10K, 8K, company websites, regulator websites, press releases etc.

The Team builds on and provides an integrated view of Entities and their firmographic information like business, product lines, name changes, addresses etc. This data enables a consolidated view of an organization for effective Risk Assessment, comparison & single point view of all essential intelligence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process data (depending on the process selected for) and apply it in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge.
  • Extraction, Collection, Standardization, and validation of profiles and industry classification data for Public and Private companies from various sources as per the guidelines
  • Deliver on predefined individual and team targets based on Productivity and timeliness metrics
  • Delivering accurate and defect free work with Doing right the first time mindset
  • Provide inputs and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the respective processes.
  • Build subject matter expertise towards various workflows and processes within the dataset
  • Keep up to date knowledge of content datasets
Required Skills and QualificationsFair Finance & Accounting Knowledge

Strong research, quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills are required for this role.

Technical Skills

Well-versed with Internet searching and MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Post-Graduation: MBA/ M. Com/PGDM (Any Stream with Finance / Accountancy as Major subject). We can consider a science graduate with Post Graduation in Finance Stream.
