Customer Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Expert to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients by providing regular updates and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Provide support for account setup, documentation, and order processing.
- Manage escalations and communicate proactively with customers.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and offering guidance on our services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Gather feedback and share insights with management to enhance the customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
- Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
