**Head of Operations Role Summary**The role of Head of Operations is to oversee the effective utilization of resources and ensure economic viability. This involves collaborating with global R&D teams and scientific research institutes to drive minerology/ore characterization studies.**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. Develop Strategic Business Plans: Create short- and long-term business strategies for maximizing the economic use of minerals at mines through beneficiation.
  2. Design Process Flowsheets: Design process flowsheets for mineral beneficiation to enhance value addition, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Conduct Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough feasibility studies to identify optimal methods for mineral utilization, prioritizing economic viability.
  4. Implement Tailings Management: Develop and implement effective tailing/rejects management and disposal plans, ensuring compliance with statutory provisions.
  5. Support Decision-Making: Provide critical support to decision-making processes for mineral block acquisitions, leveraging expertise in minerology/ore characterization.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
  • Educational Background: Strong educational background in a relevant field, such as mining engineering, geology, or a related discipline.
