Job Title: STEM Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled STEM Expert to join our team. As a STEM Expert, you will be responsible for evaluating AI-generated responses and providing high-quality feedback to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, pedagogical soundness, and adherence to specific instructions.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to the AI model, identifying errors, inaccuracies, or areas for improvement in its reasoning and presentation.
  • Participate in creating 'ground truth' solutions and evaluation datasets to benchmark AI model performance.

Requirements:

  • MSc/M.Tech in a relevant field (Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Coding/Finance) from a premier Tier-1 institution.
  • Demonstrable academic excellence and strong expertise across a wide range of topics within your subject.
  • 7+ years of experience in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in your specialized STEM field.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, concisely, and accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of producing top 100 rankers in JEE Advanced or NEET or GATE.
  • Experience with AI/ML feedback and content development.
