Job Title: Backend Developer with Product Mindset

We're seeking a skilled Backend Developer who shares our passion for building innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, efficient Java code and build scalable backend components using Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
  • Read and understand external API documentation to help build new integrations and debug production issues.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks and participate in on-call debugging sessions with customers.
  • Build and maintain robust APIs to support integrations, contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices, and take part in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planning.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of backend development experience in Java.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management in the future.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git).
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally.
