Role Summary

We are seeking a Visual Communications Expert to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, ensuring consistency and scalability across various platforms.

  • This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, product, HR, and customer success to create cohesive marketing and design-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a scalable design system and component libraries for all touchpoints.
  • Crafting impactful branding assets for digital and print materials, campaigns, social media, presentations, events, and website content.
  • Breaking down complex data into visual infographics as per needs.
  • Designing brand assets, marketing collaterals, employer branding materials, and internal communication visuals.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels and refining the visual identity.
  • Working on the UX and UI of our website, collaterals for socials, and visual framework for other brand moments.
  • Supporting corporate branding initiatives and designing materials for leadership communication.
  • Creating engaging content for employee engagement programs, culture-building activities, and employer branding efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication skills to convert complex data into easy-to-comprehend and diverse visual collaterals.
  • Good command on motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Asana and JIRA is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new skills and experiment with AI tools as an integral part of work.
  • Collaborative spirit with ability to work across design, marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.
