Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design a diverse range of visual content, including social media graphics, infographics, eBooks, magazines, and other creative assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and develop innovative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and posts.
  • Maintain consistency across all social media content by adhering to the brand's visual identity and style guidelines.
  • Develop visually appealing and effective advertisements for social media platforms, including banner ads, sponsored posts, and other ad formats.
  • Optimize visuals for various social media platforms, taking into account platform-specific requirements and best practices.
  • Create engaging content that encourages user interaction, such as likes, comments, shares, and click-throughs, by crafting compelling visuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to create cutting-edge content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design (Figma) and additional design software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) is an asset.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and creativity.
  • Excellent design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management skills, and the ability to think creatively to convey messages effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team and with content creators and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
