  • To ensure the achievement of business targets with minimal delinquency, you will play a key role in identifying joint liability groups and disbursing loans that cater to target customers and geographies.
  • As part of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing and managing teams across assigned territories to achieve deeper market penetration and reach.
  • You will assess potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
  • Your primary objectives include disbursement, repayment, and delinquency management, achieving daily/weekly collections targets.
  • Closely monitoring disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time, is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • Regular field visits, center meetings, and loan applicant interactions will be essential in maintaining portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
  • Building strong relationships both internally and externally and establishing a strong brand identity with potential customers will be vital to your success.
  • Apart from daily and weekly meetings and center visits, your role requires ensuring timely completion of tasks and fostering a productive work environment.
  • The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience as a sales officer in microfinance business.
  • Familiarity with microfinance business and JLG model working would be beneficial but not required.
