Area Sales Executive - Rajasthan India Department Sales MarketingEmployment Type Full TimeLocation IndiaReporting To PawankumarDescriptionResults-driven sales professional with a strong technical background in submersible pumps and motors responsible for leading sales growth and building customer relationships in Rajasthan Utilizes product expertise and industry knowledge to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions driving revenue and market share increase Key ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Marketing for agriculture and domestic pumps Submersible monoblocs and minipumps Sales Promotions to Increase the brand awareness Increase in the Revenue Handling existing dealers and distributors for Rajasthan region and making enquiries related to the products to Understand the market situation requirement Creating Developing and managing the network Distributors Dealers Sub-dealer Retailers Mediators Primary secondary sales channel development in the allotted area region in the prospect of new business development Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer operations and identify opportunities Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseSkills and Abilities Strong technical knowledge of submersible pumps and motors including design application and installation Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools Education and Experience Minimum Graduation with MBA Marketing preferred He should have an experience of 3 -7 years in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps Submersible monoblocs and minipumps
