About the Role:

The position involves leading successful project execution by managing resources, timelines, and ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • \
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, maintain versions, and obtain approval from stakeholders.\
  • Communication: Establish communication channels with clients and internal teams.\
  • Problem-Solving: Triage requirements with teams, arrive at solutions or seek assistance when needed.\
  • Implementation: Oversee implementations, close out on clients post-go-live, and provide support to ensure seamless transitions.\
  • Change Requests: Manage change requests where applicable and pursue additional opportunities for growth.\
  • Client Satisfaction: Deliver client requirements and expectations within agreed timelines, ensuring all objectives are met with exceptional quality.\
  • Process Improvement: Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client support.\
  • Quality Assurance: Limit functional bugs to a set percentage during implementation into production.\
  • Issue Management: Communicate with clients and management about any mismatches in client requirements impacting project schedules.\
  • Progress Reporting: Maintain and provide relevant data for project status and progress as requested by management.\
  • Training: Train self/team members on implementation processes and client data validation techniques.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on Experience: In project management using tools, activities like estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, preparing proposals, RFPs, etc.\
  • Good Understanding: Of design & solution processes is an added advantage.\
  • Handling Projects: Hands-on experience in handling fixed-price projects and restricting scope creep and resource wastage.\
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for this role.
