Key Responsibilities:

  • Studying design briefs and determining requirements.
  • Developing ideas independently and in collaboration with the team.
  • Developing the brand playbook based on the brief and research.
  • Staying updated on current trends, best practices, and emerging formats in social media design to create relevant and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Leading the social media campaign and pitch decks from a design language and ideation POV.
  • Exploring and experimenting with new features, formats, and tools offered by social media platforms to innovate and enhance the visual content strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven graphic designing experience.
  • Prior experience working in an agency.
  • A strong portfolio of social media collaterals and brand campaigns.
  • Should know image manipulation.
  • Should be able to use AI tools.
  • Able to create infographics.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
