Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives that power our products and client solutions.

You will work autonomously and collaboratively across teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive progress against goals, and deliver scalable solutions that make an impact worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Lead multiple concurrent projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed squads.
  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid releases.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform business needs into clear plans and delivery schedules.
  • Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines to leadership and clients.
  • Proactively identify and remove risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.

Team Collaboration

  • Influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, progress, and strategic choices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies, with experience leading distributed and offshore teams.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholder priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence technical and non-technical audiences alike.
