Enterprise Risk Manager

The role of an Enterprise Risk Manager is to implement a comprehensive risk management framework that ensures the organization's growth and stability.

  • Risk Assessment and Reporting: Periodically conduct risk assessments using established frameworks such as COSO and ISO 31000. Report key risks to senior management and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM): Develop and implement effective TPRM processes, including due diligence, monitoring, and governance. Ensure that all third-party vendors align with our risk tolerance and regulatory requirements.
  • Outsourcing Risk Governance: Oversee the outsourcing process to ensure that it aligns with our risk appetite and meets regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective governance structures.
  • Risk Reporting and Compliance: Support the development and maintenance of risk reporting dashboards, internal audits, and external audits. Ensure that all reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree from the Institute of Risk Management or equivalent experience in risk management is preferred.
