A reputable organization seeks an experienced professional to drive global risk and collections strategies. The ideal candidate will lead strategy, analytics and digital transformation in collections, build frameworks to track KPIs and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
The selected candidate should possess strong analytical skills, preferably with expertise in SAS/SQL. Leadership and stakeholder management experience are also essential. A degree in Finance, Economics or Business is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive risk and collections strategies
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Leverage digital transformation to enhance collection processes
- Guide the analytics team to achieve business objectives
- 8+ years of experience in risk/collections strategy or risk management
- Strong analytical skills; SAS/SQL proficiency preferred
- Leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business
