Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Structural Engineer to lead our structural design efforts. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop safe and efficient structural solutions for building structures
  • Manage junior engineers, CAD technicians and Revit specialists to ensure project delivery at all stages
  • Ensure quality control and coordination between disciplines
  • Develop designs and meet delivery as per agreed program

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Structural Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design works for building structures (concrete and steel)
  • Hands-on experience with various structural framing systems for gravity loads and lateral loads
  • Knowledge of RIBA stages of works
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Revit, Bluebeam and BIM360
  • Experience with design software such as Robot, Etabs, Ram Concept, CSC and STAAD
