Hearing Specialist

About the role:

As a Clinical Audiologist, you will play a critical part in providing top-notch diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with hearing, balance, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat neonate, infant, children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients suffering from hearing loss and other related conditions.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Foster excellent communication skills to counsel patients on their hearing difficulties and suggest suitable management strategies.
• Fit patients with hearing aids and provide thorough guidance on their operation and usage.
• Conduct home visits and follow-ups to monitor patient progress and resolve any device-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment and patient progress.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in conducting hearing loss diagnoses through various tests, including PTA and Impedance assessments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably in English and Hindi.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to drive growth with the organization.
