Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services for neonate, infant, children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric hearing, balance, and communication disorders.
Key Job Duties:
  1. Identify, test, diagnose & manage disorders related to hearing, balance, and tinnitus.
  2. Counsel patients on their hearing difficulties and suggest treatment/management strategies for long-term relief.
  3. Fit patients with hearing aids and instruct them on device operation, abilities, and uses.
  4. Conduct home visits and follow-ups.
  5. Maintain records of treatment and progress.
  6. Monitor patient progress and resolve any issues managing the hearing aid device.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in diagnosing hearing loss through various tests, including PTA and Impedance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • High business acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial intent to grow with the organization.
