Product Visionary

We are seeking a skilled Product Visionary to drive the development of our software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will define product features, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Vision and Strategy: Align with business goals and market demands by defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure development efforts focus on delivering maximum value to customers.
  • Scrum Collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business sponsors, and cross-functional teams, to gather feedback and validate product features.
  • Release Planning and Execution: Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, product management principles, and agile frameworks.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to envision long-term product goals, anticipate market trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas and build consensus across diverse teams.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
