Leadership Opportunity in Loan Origination

A high-performing leader is required to oversee a team of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the loan origination process. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the loan DSA process, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of loan DSAs to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end loan origination process, including sourcing clients, loan processing, and documentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on loan products, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Develop strategies to enhance loan sales and expand market presence.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and clients for smooth loan processing.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the loan process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the loan DSA or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan products and the DSA process.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive results, handle challenges, and adapt to changing market conditions.
