Visual Merchandising Specialist

Create compelling in-store experiences that captivate customers.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to shape the visual identity of our meat retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will design and execute impactful store displays, collaborate with cross-functional teams, own point-of-sale materials and visual collateral, enhance the customer journey, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Execute Impactful Store Displays:
    • Develop planograms and layouts that drive sales and brand awareness.
    • Utilize displays, props, and signage to guide customers through their shopping journey.
    • Maintain a fresh and engaging store environment through seasonal updates and campaign rollouts.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    • Work closely with the Brand team to translate brand vision into in-store experiences.
    • Partner with the Projects team for store setups, remodels, and fixture planning.
    • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Own POS & Visual Collateral:
    • Design and oversee the production of high-quality point-of-sale materials, signage, and window displays.
    • Evaluate all materials against brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Enhance the Customer Journey:
    • Map out the customer's in-store experience and optimize it for engagement and sales growth.
    • Tell stories through displays that inspire shoppers and increase basket size.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve:
    • Stay informed about the latest trends in retail and visual merchandising.
    • Contribute innovative ideas to the team and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising (meat retail, grocery, or food retail experience is an advantage).
  • Proven expertise in designing planograms and creating engaging point-of-sale materials.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of retail customer behavior and visual merchandising principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
