Data Science Solutions Specialist

We seek an AI-driven lending solutions expert with 5+ years of experience to develop and deploy scalable credit risk models.
As a key member, you will design and implement ML-powered loan origination systems on Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop credit scoring and risk assessment models (classification, regression).
- Build scalable ETL pipelines for structured and semi-structured financial data on Azure.
- Implement model monitoring, retraining frameworks, and governance workflows.
- Develop APIs for seamless integration with LOS systems.
- Collaborate with analysts to translate business rules into ML logic.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and integrate model explainability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Data Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL with experience in ML frameworks.
- Proficiency in Azure ML, Databricks, Synapse, Cosmos DB.
- Hands-on experience with credit risk modeling and fraud detection.
- Knowledge of API design and integration.
- Familiarity with MLOps best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with banks or fintechs in credit/lending solutions.
- Knowledge of explainable AI techniques.
- Exposure to big data tools like Hadoop and Spark.
