Job Title: Warehouse Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing WMS solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following processes:

  1. Management of Inbound Receipts
  2. Replenishment
  3. Outbound Logistics
  4. Internal Warehouse Transfers
  5. Inventory Accuracy
  6. Kitting
  7. Cross Docks and Transfers
  8. Direct Ships
  9. Drop Ships
  10. Shipments

Responsibilities include documenting design, collaborating with the development team, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time.

Additionally, the selected candidate will be involved in testing and deployment, assisting in QA and UAT testing, deploying solutions in production after successful completion, and providing post-go-live support.

As a Warehouse Management Specialist, you will lead the resolution of high-priority tickets and provide level 3 support.

The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in WMS implementation, project management, and customer-facing roles is desirable.
