Offshore Team Manager Job Description

The Offshore Team Manager will be responsible for managing a team of offshore contractors who are part of the CIAM and SIEM & SOAR teams. The manager will ensure that the offshore team meets performance standards and aligns their work with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage offshore contractors to ensure they meet performance standards and align their work with company goals.
  • Facilitate communication between offshore contractors and onshore teams.
  • Regularly review and assess contractor performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Ensure offshore team is adequately staffed and resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage relationships with offshore vendors to ensure contracts are adhered to and quality of work meets standards.
  • Generate and present regular reports on offshore team performance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and guide diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
