About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and be able to manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Maintain CCP: Utilize AWS Management Console, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) to provision and manage Amazon Connect instances.
  • Microservices Integration: Leverage AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions to execute backend code and coordinate microservices into serverless workflows.
  • AWS Lex Management: Build conversational interfaces using voice and text with Amazon Lex, and integrate with AWS Lambda for backend logic.
  • AWS Kinesis Management: Process real-time data streaming with Amazon Kinesis Data Streams and AWS Lambda.
  • AWS Contact Lens Management: Analyze customer conversations with machine learning using AWS Contact Lens, and convert speech to text with Amazon Transcribe.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, preferably with AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including IAM, Lambda, Step Functions, Lex, Kinesis, and Contact Lens.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
