Research Agronomist

We are seeking a part-time Agronomist to conduct research on soil science, agriculture and plant nutrition. Key responsibilities include analyzing soil conditions, developing and implementing agricultural practices, advising on crop management to improve yield and sustainability.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with knowledge in Soil Science and Plant Nutrition to contribute to our team's understanding and use of unique plant varieties. The successful candidate will be working on-site and off-site, conducting research and analyzing data to enhance our agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze soil conditions and develop strategies to improve crop yield and sustainability
  • Develop and implement agricultural practices that promote sustainable agriculture
  • Advise on crop management techniques to optimize yield and reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborate with our team to enhance our understanding and use of unique plant varieties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture or a related field
  • Knowledge in Soil Science and Plant Nutrition
  • Experience in Agriculture and Irrigation techniques
  • Strong research skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on and off-site
