Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Lead

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Lead to oversee the design, maintenance, and monitoring of our IT infrastructure.

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain cloud and on-premises server environments using Azure, AWS, and Hyper-V.
  • Administer and address user support tickets in accordance with industry best practices and ITIL principles.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Active Directory services including Domain Controllers, User/Group Management, and Group Policy Administration.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our US-based IT team to align infrastructure practices and standards across the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in system administration with a focus on Windows Server environments.
  • MCSE certification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency managing on-premises/cloud Windows server deployments in Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS.
  • Proficiency in hybrid Active Directory environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)

Preferred skills include AZ-104T00-A: Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification, experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework 1.1 and NYDFS 500.03, and experience working with distributed teams.
