Our organization seeks a seasoned Electrical Design Engineer to fill this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex electrical projects, ensuring they meet established standards and regulations. This includes:

  • Designing electrical systems, encompassing distribution panels, lighting, cable management, and ELV systems;
  • Conducting load estimations, voltage drop calculations, and short circuit studies to guarantee project efficacy;
  • Developing and implementing designs that conform to NEC, CPWD international codes and practices, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety;
  • Maintaining effective communication and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Providing guidance and training to junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements to deliver results on time and within budget.

Requirements

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution;
  • Minimum 4-15 years of experience in consultant design, managing MEP Design projects;
  • Master's degree holders are given preference;
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with international clients and contractors;
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT-MEP, and Navisworks is an added advantage.
