We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Services Manager.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a business-savvy individual who can develop and execute plans to achieve business targets and expand customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

The role involves promoting National Pension System (NPS) adoption to corporate and retail clients, generating new leads through references, networking, and market outreach, and negotiating terms and onboarding corporates.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, promoting NPS to corporate and retail clients, generating new leads, prospecting and engaging with top management of corporates, negotiating terms, and managing client implementation.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions, providing client support, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth servicing.

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in business development or relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Fresh graduates from 2025 Batch Pass-Outs may also apply.

Requirements
  • Fresh Graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs.
  • Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Relationship Management.
